Paul attended punctually and was courteous and professional. He followed all social distancing and safeguarding rules to the letter and wore PPE including a mask which was reassuring as I’m in a vulnerable group. He worked cleanly and efficiently and although my ageing boiler passed muster it was clear that a replacement was necessary. I received very competitive quotes the next day ranging in price from budget to premium brand boilers. I made a choice and last Monday Paul returned to install the new boiler. Both he and his apprentice again practised Covid safeguarding and installed the new boiler to a high standard of competency. They worked cleanly laying down dust sheets throughout the ground floor. The installation was neat and completed in a day. Envirogas are now my go to plumbers and gas engineers and I’m delighted I’ve found a professional, courteous and thoughtful company who I can recommend without hesitation. Enviro serviced our boiler, and rebalanced the underfloor heating. Paul was wearing PPE as he arrived and wiped down door handles and boiler before he left. Advised us on the service and marked up the service sheet. Very professional and all done within the hour. Will use them again.
